Black Stripe Large Microwavable Rice Bag with Ties for Hands Free Use

Suffering from severe scoliosis I wanted to find a way to alleviate the pain and tightness in a natural way. The moist heat hits my muscles way better than any electric heating pad I've used! Also suffering from migraines and tension headaches all the time, these have been one of the only things that help. I can use the moist heat on my neck and use the handles to apply as much pressure as I want. This is also great to use on menstrual cramps. It has a larger surface area so it is perfect for those.

The rice bag measures about, 9 tall x 16" wide. Each Tie is about 26" long so this can fit up to about 60" around the body. The rice bag weighs 2lbs 8oz

**Hot Therapy: Deliver hot warm moist heat to stiff necks, arthritic joints, migraines, menstrual cramps, pulled or tight muscles. Directions: Fold in half and microwave on high for 1 min, pull the bag out to move the rice around and fold back in half to reheat for an additional 1 min.

**Cold Therapy: Deliver cold relief to sore and tight muscles, headaches and even bug bites without messy melting ice to even the youngest user. Directions: Place in freezer for at least 1 hour.
